We will also provide you with regular client feedback reports showing every action that has been carried out, from when we send your property details to potential buyers, to offers made on your property. Once a sale has been agreed, we deal with all queries promptly they arise to ensure everything moves smoothly. We will keep you informed as to when surveys are being carried out, correspondence is received from solicitors and update you on all other elements of the selling/buying process.
