During office hours all maintenance/contract/payment issues must be directed to our office at our Head Office (39 Broad Street, Syston, Leicester, LE7 1GH). The property management department contact numbers are: 0116 264 1380 or 0116 264 1381.

If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and contact number. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Our branch offices do not have access to tenancy details and cannot therefore deal with account and maintenance queries.

We have a number of tradesmen on hand for emergency property repairs, e.g. burst pipes and storm damage that occur out of the working hours, shown below. Their names and contact numbers are as follows:

Every effort will be made to secure and make safe the property where an emergency occurs. However, the tradesmen will have limited authority until it is possible to contact Taylors or the landlord to reach a long-term solution. If an emergency occurs please make sure you call us the following day. Gas leaks must be reported to British Gas without delay. National Gas Emergency Service : 0800 111999

Please note that any call outs for non emergency work will be charged to the tenant.
